Starting from the analysis of what has been a rapidly expanding phenomenon in recent decades, that of the proliferation of so-called << pirate collective agreements >>, we will come to focus on the case of the Assodelivery-Ugl Rider collective agreement, of 15 September 2020, up to the point of analyzing and understanding the reasons with which the Court of Bologna, with provision of 30 June 2021 , declared the illegality of the same.
Partendo dall’analisi di quello che negli ultimi decenni è stato un fenomeno in forte espansione, quello della proliferazione dei c.d. <<contratti collettivi pirata>>, si arriverà a concentrarsi sul caso del contratto collettivo Assodelivery - Ugl Rider, del 15 Settembre 2020, fino a giungere ad analizzare e comprendere le ragioni con le quali il Tribunale di Bologna, con provvedimento del 30 Giugno 2021, ha dichiarato l’illegittimità dello stesso.
