Il legame di attaccamento nella triade educatore, minore e famiglia.

The paper has as its object of study the theme of attachment, with particular attention to the second type of attachment, the insecure one. The aim, on the one hand, will be to highlight how family communities constitute a resource - both for the child and for the family, and on the other hand to emphasize the role of the educator as a figure of relationship with the child and the family, if the link with the latter is maintained. The choice of this topic is linked to the internship carried out during the third year of the Education Sciences course. This formative journey I carried out in the family community "La Grande Casa" of Santa Maria di Cittadella. In this space I was able to observe directly the bond of attachment in the educator, minor and family triad. At the educational level, the theme of attachment plays a central role. If the attachment turns out to be secure, the latter will provide the minor with a secure foundation on which to rely, favoring his independence and the formation of self-esteem. On the contrary, insecure attachment leads to the assumption of dysfunctional behavior. The thesis will be divided into three related chapters: in the first chapter the general concept of attachment will be introduced, but the focus will shift to insecure attachment and the various distinctions; In the second chapter I will proceed with the representation of the educator as promoter of the bond of attachment between adult and minor and as bridge between the family and the minor. Continuing with the third chapter, the various contexts in which children removed from their families will be placed will be illustrated. A particular analysis will be reserved to the homes-families, a solution increasingly used, proposing observations related to the dynamics present within the community compared to the relationship of attachment, the bond that is created between the educator and the minor and what boundaries the educator creates with the children.

L’elaborato ha come oggetto di studio il tema dell’attaccamento, con una particolare attenzione al secondo tipo di attaccamento, quello insicuro. L’obiettivo, da una parte, sarà quello di evidenziare come le comunità familiari costituiscono una risorsa - sia per il minore sia per la famiglia- e dall’altra sottolineare la funzione dell’educatore come figura di relazione con il minore e con la famiglia, sempre se il legame con quest’ultima viene mantenuto. La scelta di questo argomento è legata al tirocinio effettuato durante il terzo anno del corso di Scienze dell’Educazione. Questo percorso formativo l’ho svolto nella comunità familiare “La Grande Casa” di Santa Maria di Cittadella. In questo spazio ho potuto osservare direttamente il legame di attaccamento nella triade educatore, minore e famiglia. A livello educativo, il tema dell'attaccamento assume un ruolo centrale. Se l’attaccamento risulta essere sicuro, quest’ultimo fornirà al minore una base sicura su cui poter contare, favorendo la sua indipendenza e la formazione dell’autostima. Al contrario, l’attaccamento insicuro porta all’assunzione di comportamenti disfunzionali. La tesi sarà suddivisa in tre capitoli collegati tra loro: nel primo capitolo verrà introdotto il concetto generale di attaccamento, spostando però l’attenzione sull’attaccamento di tipo insicuro e le varie distinzioni; nel secondo capitolo procederò con la rappresentazione dell'educatore come promotore del legame di attaccamento tra adulto e minore e come ponte tra la famiglia e il minore. Proseguendo poi con il terzo capitolo, verranno illustrati i vari contesti nella quale i minori allontanati dalle famiglie verranno collocati. Una particolare analisi sarà riservata alle case-famiglia, una soluzione di affidamento sempre più utilizzata, proponendo delle osservazioni inerenti alle dinamiche presenti all’interno della comunità rispetto alla relazione di attaccamento, al legame che si crea tra educatore e minore e quali confini crea l’educatore con i ragazzi.
