Percorso di analisi dell'orto quale strumento per l'acquisizione di conoscenze e competenze con il fine di promuovere la stagionalità e l'educazione alla sostenibilità diminuendo gli sprechi. Mezzo di crescita personale, insegna a rispettare l'ambiente e forma i nuovi "agricoltori" sotto molti punti di vista. Oltre all'aspetto etico permette di apprendere tecniche manuali desuete, prendersi cura delle cose e distaccarsi dalla tecnologia che al giorno d'oggi ci circonda.
