Every day organizations are confronted with a complex environment due in part to globalization, in part to the acceleration of technology-driven change processes. In this context, learning and innovation are central issues to consider for the competitiveness of organizations, as they can influence organizational performances. Therefore, in the increasingly complex and globalized context of the Italian and US labour markets, the effective management of Human Resources represents one of the most important and decisive challenges for the sustainability and growth of organizations. At the heart of this management, the position of the recruiter emerges as a central actor, charged with identifying, attracting and selecting the talent necessary to fuel the growth and success of the company. The present research work aims to explore in detail this complex scenario, investigating the dynamics of the labour market in Italy and the United States and deepening the crucial role played by recruiters in these realities. The research focuses on the in-depth analysis of the required skills and challenges faced by recruiters, with the aim of outlining a complete and current professional profile, capable of addressing the changing needs of the contemporary working world.
Ogni giorno le organizzazioni devono confrontarsi con una complessità dell’ambiente dovuta in parte alla globalizzazione, in parte all’accelerazione dei processi di cambiamento spinti dalla tecnologia. In questo contesto, temi centrali da tenere in considerazione per la competitività delle organizzazioni sono l’apprendimento e l’innovazione, in quanto in grado di influenzare le performance organizzative. Pertanto, nel contesto sempre più complesso e globalizzato dei mercati del lavoro italiano e statunitense, la gestione efficace delle Risorse Umane rappresenta una delle sfide più rilevanti e decisive per la sostenibilità e la crescita delle organizzazioni. Nel cuore di questa gestione, la figura del recruiter emerge come attore centrale, incaricato di identificare, attrarre e selezionare il talento necessario per alimentare la crescita ed il successo aziendale. Il presente lavoro di ricerca si propone di esplorare in dettaglio questo scenario complesso, indagando le dinamiche del mercato del lavoro in Italia e negli Stati Uniti e approfondendo il ruolo cruciale svolto dai recruiter in queste realtà. La ricerca si concentra sull’analisi approfondita delle competenze richieste e delle sfide affrontate dai recruiter, con l’obiettivo di delineare un profilo professionale completo ed attuale, in grado di affrontare le mutevoli esigenze del mondo del lavoro contemporaneo.
