Nowadays, more and more attention is being paid to employment inclusion, trying to combat all forms of discrimination within a workplace. This paper examines the various types of discrimination experienced by the LGBTQIA+ community in the workplace, from the more open and overt to the more subtle, which often go unnoticed. These experiences were analysed with the aim of understanding whether they could influence employee well-being. Through a study, the aim was to observe how this discrimination and the worker's perception of inclusion in the company can impact on stress, commitment, career and company climate.
Al giorno d’oggi si cerca di porre sempre maggiore attenzione all’inclusione lavorativa, cercando di combattere tutte quelle forme di discriminazione presenti all’interno di un luogo di lavoro. All’interno di questo elaborato vengono esaminate le varie tipologie di discriminazioni che la comunità LGBTQIA+ subisce sul luogo di lavoro, dalle più aperte e manifeste a quelle più sottili, che spesso passano inosservate. Queste esperienze sono state analizzate con il fine di capire se esse possano influenzare il benessere del lavoratore. Tramite uno studio ci si è proposti di osservare in che modo queste discriminazioni e la percezione che il lavoratore ha dell’inclusione presente in azienda possano avere un impatto sullo stress, sul commitment, sulla carriera e sul clima aziendale.
