Abstract
We live in an age of great cultural and social transformations. With the advent of post-modern society, rites of passage are disappearing, moments in which the transition from one age group to the next was celebrated, now preferring a continuity and a flattening of one’s life time, without points of break with the past. In our country, however, there is a type of non-formal education that focuses on the individual and its stages of development: Scouting, which proposes rituals of passage celebrated together with their own community, with a shared symbology. The qualitative research carried out within the thesis has as object of study the "Partenza", a ceremony that marks the passage to adulthood. The objective of the survey is to evaluate the validity of this educational tool, which can be used to overcome the current educational crisisFile | Dimensione | Formato | |
