In the second chapter, definitions will be proposed that try to clarify what is meant by Work-Life Balance and subsequently the main theoretical models that explain how the interaction between private life and working life takes place will be examined. The chapter will conclude with a look at the current legislation in this regard. The third chapter will address a reflection on the vision of work as it is currently conceived, on the meaning attributed to it and how this has changed over time in order to reflect on a possible change to ensure that we can talk about work dignified, which takes into account the needs and requirements of workers as people.

Abstract
Technological evolution and the innovations that it has brought with it have pervaded every area of life, from the most intimate and private dimension, to the public and even work-related one, redesigning the traditional organization and management of one's commitments, resources and activities. In which to employ them, placing workers in a completely new scenario, in which there is no longer a clear definition and compartmentalization of the roles that everyone finds themselves covering in their lives, in some cases, leading to not finding full satisfaction, fulfillment and fulfillment in any of them. Therefore, if it is necessary to adopt measures to prevent this from happening, so that the boundaries of one area of life do not extend to the point of invading those of another, if we need to talk about measures aimed at protecting and guaranteeing a good balance between life working and extra-working, is it perhaps because without something clear and unequivocal, such as a law, this would not happen spontaneously? If the idea of the work we currently have was changed and it was conceived in a different way, could these problems be overcome? This paper focuses precisely on this. In the first chapter, we will follow, step by step, the itinerary that has characterized the world of work, with all its innovations and changes, which have led to the transition from a pre-industrial society to an industrialized society, with all the problems annexes that derive from it. In the second chapter, definitions will be proposed that try to clarify what is meant by Work-Life Balance and subsequently the main theoretical models that explain how the interaction between private life and working life takes place will be examined. The chapter will conclude with a look at the current legislation in this regard. The third chapter will address a reflection on the vision of work as it is currently conceived, on the meaning attributed to it and how this has changed over time in order to reflect on a possible change to ensure that we can talk about work dignified, which takes into account the needs and requirements of workers as people.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
