The path taken to describe this contribution began by focusing first of all on scholastic inclusion, highlighting the need to promote the right to equality and to create a school that has the objective of offering educational and training paths that guarantee all pupils have equal opportunities for learning and participation. Specifically, we intend to describe the need to support professional training of teaching staff through the perspective of universal education and inclusion, referring to the importance of didactic differentiation and the practice of co-teaching. To investigate whether what was developed in the first two chapters is actually put into practice by teachers, I decided to create a four-question questionnaire in Google Forms which aims to find out the points of view and opinions of teachers in some secondary schools, which were chosen randomly. Ultimately, I propose a laboratory to train support teachers of lower and upper secondary schools which aims to provide them with food for thought and to get involved in the creation of teaching methodologies and practices to be used to promote well-being of students within the classroom, helping them to improve their sense of self-esteem, self-efficacy and feeling good about themselves and others.

Abstract
Ultimately, I propose a laboratory to train support teachers of lower and upper secondary schools which aims to provide them with food for thought and to get involved in the creation of teaching methodologies and practices to be used to promote well-being of students within the classroom, helping them to improve their sense of self-esteem, self-efficacy and feeling good about themselves and others.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
