This study presents a training based on the Life Design theoretical model, structured for secondary school adolescents, with the aim of promoting inclusive and sustainable choices for their future. Through a theoretical-practical approach, the training provides tools and resources to help adolescents develop greater self-awareness, explore career options and make informed decisions in line with their values and goals. The Life Design model, with its focus on the individual and their environment, offers a holistic and contextualised perspective on choice orientation. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the training by examining the impact on adolescents' decision-making process and perceptions of their ability to create a meaningful and sustainable future.

Abstract
This study presents a training based on the Life Design theoretical model, structured for secondary school adolescents, with the aim of promoting inclusive and sustainable choices for their future. Through a theoretical-practical approach, the training provides tools and resources to help adolescents develop greater self-awareness, explore career options and make informed decisions in line with their values and goals. The Life Design model, with its focus on the individual and their environment, offers a holistic and contextualised perspective on choice orientation. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the training by examining the impact on adolescents' decision-making process and perceptions of their ability to create a meaningful and sustainable future.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
