Craving is a significant factor in addictions. This paper proposes a systematic review of the literature on the methods and instruments used to measure craving, with the aim of analyzing their reliability, validity and clinical applicability. Psychometric methods, such as questionnaires and self-rating scales, neurobiological methods, such as brain imaging techniques and biomarkers will be examined. The review will identify the main advantages and disadvantages of each method underlining the importance of reliable and valid measurement tools.
Il craving rappresenta un fattore significativo nelle dipendenze. Questo elaborato propone una revisione sistematica della letteratura sui metodi e strumenti utilizzati per misurare il craving, con l'obiettivo di analizzare la loro affidabilità, validità e applicabilità clinica. Verranno esaminati metodi psicometrici, come questionari e scale di autovalutazione, metodi neurobiologici, quali tecniche di imaging cerebrale e biomarcatori. La revisione identificherà i principali vantaggi e svantaggi di ciascun metodo sottolineando l'importanza di strumenti di misurazione affidabili e validi.
