- Jack Mezirow's transformative learning: according to the lines of transformative learning, an adult can really change if in his life and in his educational history he encounters a "disorientating dilemma", a problem for which his experiences and Previous knowledge does not provide solutions. Starting from the effects of this dilemma, a phase of reflection, questioning, new awareness and change is inaugurated in the training process which involves what Mezirow calls the "perspectives of meaning", personal reference schemes within which they are assimilated and transform new experiences.; - Non-formal and informal training: by non-formal training we mean that characterized by an intentional choice of the person, which takes place outside of formal systems, in every organization that pursues educational and training purposes, including volunteering, national civil service and private social and business sectors. Informal training refers to learning deriving from daily experiences and activities, not organized or structured in terms of objectives, times or learning support.; - Asylum reception centre: provides for the reception and protection of applicants, holders of international protection and other vulnerable subjects.; - The socio-pedagogical professional educator: carries out tasks relating to the planning, planning, implementation, management and evaluation of educational and training actions of public or private education and training services and systems and of the third sector. It also contributes to the planning of the aforementioned services and systems and of educational actions aimed at individual subjects. The qualification of socio-pedagogical professional educator is awarded following the issue of the diploma of a degree course in the L-19 degree class Education and training sciences.; - The objective of the interviews: to verify whether transformative learning has been generated and how.
- L'apprendimento trasformativo di Jack Mezirow: secondo le linee dell’apprendimento trasformativo, un adulto può davvero cambiare se nella propria vita e nella propria storia di formazione si imbatte in un “dilemma disorientante”, un problema per il quale le sue esperienze e conoscenze pregresse non forniscono soluzioni. A partire dagli effetti di questo dilemma si inaugura nel processo formativo una fase di riflessione, di messa in discussione, di nuova consapevolezza e di cambiamento che coinvolge quelle che Mezirow chiama le “prospettive di significato”, schemi di riferimento personali entro i quali sono assimilate e trasformate le nuove esperienze.; - Formazione non formale ed informale: per formazione non formale si intende quello caratterizzato da una scelta intenzionale della persona, che si realizza al di fuori dei sistemi formali, in ogni organismo che persegua scopi educativi e formativi, anche del volontariato, del servizio civile nazionale e del privato sociale e nelle imprese. Per formazione informale si intende un apprendimento derivante da esperienze e attività quotidiane, non organizzato o strutturato in termini di obiettivi, tempi o sostegno all'apprendimento.; - Centro accoglienza per asilo: prevede l'accoglienza e la tutela di richiedenti, titolari di protezione internazionale e altri soggetti vulnerabili.; - L'educatore professionale socio-pedagogico: svolge mansioni relative alla programmazione, alla progettazione, all'attuazione, alla gestione e alla valutazione delle azioni educative e formative dei servizi e dei sistemi di educazione e formazione pubblici o privati e del terzo settore. Concorre, inoltre, alla progettazione dei suddetti servizi e sistemi e di azioni educative rivolte ai singoli soggetti. La qualifica di educatore professionale socio-pedagogico è attribuita a seguito del rilascio del diploma di un corso di laurea della classe di laurea L-19 Scienze dell'educazione e della formazione.; - L'obiettivo delle interviste: verificare se si sono generati degli apprendimenti trasformativi e in che modo.
