In the following paper the concept of communication is initially presented and successively investigated at school level. The protagonists of the study are the teachers and the paraverbal communicative acts they use, whose main characteristics are analyzed. The theme of well-being is also examined, a concept treated primarily at a theoretical and regulatory level. Furthermore, thanks to an exploratory study conducted in various primary school classes which allows us to detect the well-being of pupils through the administration of a questionnaire and mini focus groups, any correlations are sought between the communication style adopted by the teacher and, indeed, the well-being of students.
Nel seguente elaborato viene inizialmente presentato il concetto di comunicazione, indagato successivamente a livello scolastico. Protagonisti dello studio sono i docenti e gli atti comunicativi paraverbali di cui si avvalgono, analizzandone le caratteristiche principali. A questa tematica si lega inoltre quella del benessere, concetto trattato innanzitutto a livello teorico e normativo. Inoltre, grazie ad uno studio esplorativo condotto in diverse classi della scuola primaria che permette di rilevare il benessere degli alunni tramite la somministrazione di un questionario e di mini focus group, vengono ricercate eventuali correlazioni tra lo stile comunicativo adottato dall'insegnante e, appunto, il benessere degli alunni.
