Working" model (Relevant, Empowering, Dynamic), designed to promote a balance between professional and personal life. To conduct the study, qualitative interviews were carried out to gain deeper insights into employees' perceptions of the new working model. Additionally, questionnaires were distributed and analyzed to assess the impact of the R.E.D. Day on the company's workforce and to measure the effectiveness of the training initiatives.
