The research conducted aims to address the impact of the physical and social work environment on people's well-being. The initial chapters analyse various aspects of the work environment: the social environment (relations between colleagues with superiors and customers), the physical environment (lighting, colour, noise, air quality, space, hygiene and cleanliness), the concept of authenticity at work, work engagement, career sustainability and career adaptability. This first part of the literature research is followed by a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the research questionnaire completed by 158 workers. The overall aim of the research is to explore how the physical and social work environment affects workers‘ psychophysical well-being and motivation, highlighting the importance of creating inclusive and sustainable environments that promote workers’ authenticity and adaptability.
La ricerca condotta ha lo scopo di trattare l'impatto dell'ambiente lavorativo fisico e sociale sul benessere delle persone. I capitoli iniziali analizzano vari aspetti dell'ambiente lavorativo: l'ambiente sociale (relazioni tra colleghi con i superiori e con i clienti), l'ambiente fisico (illuminazione, colore, rumore, qualità dell'aria, spazi, igiene e pulizia), il concetto di autenticità a lavoro, il "work engagement”, la sostenibilità di carriera e l’adattabilità di carriera. Questa prima parte di ricerca bibliografica è seguita da un’analisi quantitativa e qualitativa del questionario di ricerca compilato da 158 lavoratori. L'obiettivo generale della ricerca è quello di esplorare come ambiente di lavoro fisico e sociale influiscano sul benessere psicofisico e sulla motivazione dei lavoratori, evidenziando l'importanza di creare ambienti inclusivi e sostenibili che promuovano l'autenticità e l'adattamento dei lavoratori.
