This thesis explores the relationship between art and management, with a particular focus on the concept of organizational resilience. Resilience is defined as an organization's ability to adapt and thrive despite adversity, a crucial quality in today's increasingly complex and uncertain environment. Through a literature review and the analysis of different perspectives, the study delves into the three main stages of the resilience process: anticipation, crisis management, and adaptation. Subsequently, the thesis proposes an innovative approach that combines art and management, demonstrating how art can enhance resilience by improving creativity, improvisation, and reflective thinking. The third chapter presents a case study that examines the practical application of these concepts within an organization. The analysis shows how integrating art into business practices can strengthen flexibility, internal cohesion, and the ability to innovate, key elements for addressing current and future challenges.

Abstract
The analysis shows how integrating art into business practices can strengthen flexibility, internal cohesion, and the ability to innovate, key elements for addressing current and future challenges.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
