Padova Food and Drink Tourism Inventory and Strategic Planning Opportunities

This thesis aims to critically assess the current state of food tourism in Padova and offer strategic recommendations to maximize the city’s culinary assets. To achieve this, the study will explore the theoretical framework of culinary tourism, evaluate Padova's cultural and historical context to identify key culinary traditions, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing food tourism offerings. Additionally, interviews with local stakeholders will provide insights into the perceptions and potential of food tourism in Padova, while comparisons with other destinations will highlight best practices and areas for improvement.
