In Buddism, the relationship between the master and disciple is essential for transmitting the Buddist teachings. This relationship is characterised by a deep respect and trust between both parties. In traditional Western educational systems, the master-student relationship is usually defined by a formal and academic context. To combine these two concepts means to adapt an integrated approach that respects both the personal-spiritual experience and the theological-critical knowledge.

Abstract
In Buddism, the relationship between the master and disciple is essential for transmitting the Buddist teachings. This relationship is characterised by a deep respect and trust between both parties. In traditional Western educational systems, the master-student relationship is usually defined by a formal and academic context. The main focus is predominantly on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. To combine these two concepts means to adapt an integrated approach that respects both the personal-spiritual experience and the theological-critical knowledge.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
