This thesis aims to investigate, through the use of scientifically validated tests, the levels of occupational and parental burnout within a group of professionals working in low-risk child-related contexts, as well as to explore their professional quality of life in terms of compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction. To better understand the risk of parental burnout among caregiving professionals, the level of parental burnout was also analyzed in a group of parents, subsequently comparing it to that of the low-risk group. Finally, the presence of statistically significant associations between the variables of interest was examined.
