The experiences of transgender people with neurodevelopmental conditions are still understudied despite the uniqueness and variety of their nature. This study employs both a qualitative and quantitative approach, through standardized questionnaires and open-ended questions, administered to self-identified transgender and neurodivergent people. Some of the participants had previously received an ASD, ADHD, or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis, but these were not a requirement for participation in this study. This thesis plans to explore the intersection of the neurodivergent and transgender identities, as well as explore the attitude toward one's own emotional, psychological and behavioral functioning. Lastly, this study promotes supportive and inclusive intervention and practices, fostering awareness towards the peculiar needs, vulnerabilities and resilience of this high-risk population.

Abstract
Lastly, this study promotes supportive and inclusive intervention and practices, fostering awareness towards the peculiar needs, vulnerabilities and resilience of this high-risk population.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
