This thesis explores the issue of school inclusion of pupils with disabilities, analysing national and international educational policies and teaching practices adopted in schools. The role of educators, teachers and families in improving the quality of school inclusion is investigated, highlighting the importance of the training of professionals, the life project of the person with disabilities and solid networking among the figures involved. These must operate with innovative and effective tools, in order to strive for full inclusion.
La presente tesi approfondisce il tema dell'inclusione scolastica degli alunni con disabilità, analizzando le politiche educative nazionali e internazionali e le pratiche didattiche adottate nelle scuole. Viene indagato il ruolo di educatori, insegnanti e famiglie nel migliorare la qualità dell'inclusione scolastica mettendo in luce l' importanza della formazione dei professionisti, il progetto di vita della persona con disabilità e un solido lavoro di rete tra le figure coinvolte. Queste devono operare con strumenti innovativi ed efficaci, per ambire ad un'inclusione piena.
