The paper delves into the theme of family care, with particular attention to the psychological and relational aspects that influence the outcome. The foster care is a temporary protection measure designed to ensure the well-being of the child in situations of family fragility, supporting him until a possible reintegration into the family of origin. Starting from the internship experience carried out in Spain at an association that operates in the field of foster and support for vulnerable families, the emotional dynamics observed during protected visits between minors and their biological parents are analyzed. The work is divided into three chapters: the first explores the purposes of foster care and the psychological consequences of removal; the second investigates the relationships between the minor, foster family and family of origin, highlighting the importance of affective continuity; the third proposes a comparison between the foster care system in Italy and that in Spain, highlighting analogies, differences and criticalities. The paper aims to offer an integrated vision of family custody, considering both the systemic functioning and the psychological implications that characterize it.

Abstract
The paper aims to offer an integrated vision of family custody, considering both the systemic functioning and the psychological implications that characterize it.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
