Il corpo e la danza: estasi, follia, uscita da sé

The first part of the research focuses on the conception of the body in Western culture, with particular attention to the thought of Merleau-Ponty. The second part, on the other hand, considers dance as a bodily activity, specifically ecstatic dances and the phenomenon of ecstasy and possession.

La prima parte della ricerca verte sulla concezione del corpo nella cultura Occidentale con maggiore attenzione al pensiero di Merleau-Ponty. Nella seconda parte invece è stata presa in considerazione, come attività corporea, la danza, in particolare le danze estatiche e il fenomeno dell’estasi e della possessione.
