Workplace stress is a growing problem that arises from corporate pressure to increase productivity and profitability. However, employee mental health is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor for organizational success. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Schwartzman Global Burnout Program, analyzing the categories of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment) to identify which variables improve after the intervention. For this analysis, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) will be used at two points: before the intervention (pre-test) and after its implementation (post-test). The results will offer useful indications for creating healthier, more motivating and well-being-oriented work environments.

The results will offer useful indications for creating healthier, more motivating and well-being-oriented work environments.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
