This thesis explores the role of certain psycho-social factors in promoting sustainable eating behaviors through the use of digital tools. Specifically, the project focuses on the development and evaluation of an application designed to encourage a healthy and environmentally friendly diet. A questionnaire was created to investigate attitudes, intentions, and desires regarding the potential use of the app, considering four experimental conditions based on the frameworks of promotion and prevention focus, with anticipated positive or negative emotions. The study offers new perspectives on communicative and technological strategies aimed at fostering changes in eating behaviors towards greater sustainability.
