GREENWASHING AND ANTI-GREENWASHING REGULATIONS IN THE EU AND FRANCE

This final thesis is divided into three main sections. The first section highlights and describes the issue of greenwashing, a growing concern affecting various industries today. The second section focuses on the measures taken by the European Union to address and combat this phenomenon. Finally, the third section provides an in-depth analysis of how France has implemented new legislation aimed at increasing supervision and preventing this type of corporate fraud.

Questa tesi finale è suddivisa in tre sezioni principali. La prima sezione evidenzia e descrive il problema del greenwashing, una fenomeno sempre più comune che oggi interessa diversi settori. La seconda sezione si concentra sulle misure adottate dall'Unione Europea per affrontare e combattere questo fenomeno. Infine, la terza sezione offre un'analisi approfondita di come la Francia abbia implementato una nuova legislazione volta ad aumentare la supervisione e a prevenire questo tipo di frode aziendale.
