The study investigates the relationship between subjective sleep quality and daily emotional regulation, with particular focus on the impact that perceived sleep quality has on mood the day after. Through two weeks of EMA (Ecological Momentary Assessment) monitoring and the completion of psychological questionnaires, data on sleep, emotions, and affective regulation strategies are collected. The aim is to explore how sleep influences emotional well-being in daily life, contributing to the understanding of the psychological processes involved in affective regulation.
Lo studio indaga il legame tra qualità soggettiva del sonno e regolazione emotiva quotidiana, con particolare attenzione all’impatto che la qualità del sonno percepita ha sul tono dell’umore sperimentato il giorno seguente. Attraverso due settimane di monitoraggio EMA (Ecological Momentary Assessment) e la compilazione di questionari, si raccolgono dati su sonno, emozioni e strategie di regolazione affettiva. L’obiettivo è esplorare in che modo il sonno influenzi il benessere emotivo nella quotidianità, contribuendo alla comprensione dei processi psicologici implicati nella regolazione affettiva.
