This thesis aims to describe the PASSI project, a project born on the Balkan route to guarantee the right and protect the mental health of people on the move, and specifically to analyze the power dynamics that can arise in the encounter between operators and users who live in a segregated context such as that of refugee camps and finally what are the operational proposals of the project to make the relationship between them symmetrical and circular and therefore create networks of solidarity and resistant communities.
La presente tesi vuole descrivere il progetto PASSI, progetto nato sulla rotta balcanica per garantire il diritto e tutelare la salute mentale delle persone in movimento, e nello specifico analizzare le dinamiche di potere che possono scaturire nell’incontro tra operatorɘ e utentɘ che vivono in un contesto di segregazione come quello dei campi rifugiati e infine quali sono le proposte operative del progetto per rendere la relazione tra essi simmetrica e circolare e creare quindi reti di solidarietà e comunità resistenti.
