Teaching is an action that has a profound moral character: based on the relationship between teacher and students, it aims to offer the necessary tools so that everyone can develop their personal qualities and dispositions to the fullest. Teachers are therefore not exclusively transmitters of knowledge, but are educators, who recognize the potential of each student; and models of virtuous behavior for students, who constantly observe their movements and language. This thesis aims to deepen, through exploratory research carried out through the administration of a questionnaire, what are the behaviors, witnesses of virtues, that teachers would implement in scenarios of ethical dilemma. In addition, the research aims to deepen teachers' perceptions of their ethical competence, and their opinions on the adoption of an ethical-deontological code of the profession, a tool that could help to outline the ethical principles of the teaching profession and to agree on the duties of each teacher towards students, colleagues, and the profession itself.

Abstract
In addition, the research aims to deepen teachers' perceptions of their ethical competence, and their opinions on the adoption of an ethical-deontological code of the profession, a tool that could help to outline the ethical principles of the teaching profession and to agree on the duties of each teacher towards students, colleagues, and the profession itself.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
