This thesis analyzes the P.I.P.P.I. Program with a particular focus on the experiment of vicinanza solidale (solidarity proximity) in Veneto. It connects both quantitative and qualitative findings with major contributions from the sociology of the family, social networks, and community welfare. The study highlights how the centrality of the family, the role of the neighborhood, and the support of the third sector contribute to building more effective and sustainable responses to the needs of children and their families, thereby reducing the risk of out-of-home placements. The analysis interprets the results in both theoretical and operational terms, offering insights for strengthening practices of prevention, participation, and shared social responsibility.

Abstract
This thesis analyzes the P.I.P.P.I. Program with a particular focus on the experiment of vicinanza solidale (solidarity proximity) in Veneto. It connects both quantitative and qualitative findings with major contributions from the sociology of the family, social networks, and community welfare. The study highlights how the centrality of the family, the role of the neighborhood, and the support of the third sector contribute to building more effective and sustainable responses to the needs of children and their families, thereby reducing the risk of out-of-home placements. The analysis interprets the results in both theoretical and operational terms, offering insights for strengthening practices of prevention, participation, and shared social responsibility.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
