This thesis explores the role of affectivity in educational experience, focusing on its relevance both in the past and in the contemporary context. In the first chapter, a general and theoretical framework of affective education is proposed as the main dimension of an individual’s training process. Several variations of relationships in different contexts are analyzed, including the relationship between affectivity and emotions, the empathic relationship, the role of the family and the importance of individualized attention in educational paths. The second chapter is dedicated to the figure of Vittorino da Feltre and his careful approach to the global growth of the subject. His experience in the "Casa Giocosa" is mentioned, where the affective care of the pupils played a central role. In this context the figure of the educator is also deepened, understood as a guide attentive to the global growth of the subject. In the third chapter, we address the dimension of the educational relationship today, from the perspective of personal internship experience. This training course gave me the opportunity to observe how the figure of the educator operates in different contexts, integrating practical skills and theoretical aspects. I therefore had the opportunity to reflect on today’s educational relationship as a complex, dynamic and human process. The thesis therefore proposes a thorough look at the educational relationship, valuing affectivity as an essential component of every educational and training process.
La presente tesi esplora il ruolo dell’affettività all’interno dell’esperienza educativa, ponendo l’attenzione sulla sua rilevanza sia nel passato che nel contesto contemporaneo. Nel primo capitolo si propone un inquadramento generale e teorico dell'educazione affettiva come dimensione principale del processo formativo di un individuo. Vengono analizzate diverse varianti di relazioni in differenti contesti, tra cui il rapporto tra affettività ed emozioni, la relazione empatica, il ruolo della famiglia e l’importanza dell’attenzione individualizzata nei percorsi educativi. Il secondo capitolo è dedicato alla figura di Vittorino da Feltre e al suo approccio attento alla crescita globale del soggetto. Viene citata la sua esperienza nella “Casa Giocosa”, dove la cura affettiva degli allievi ricopriva un ruolo centrale. In questo contesto viene approfondita anche la figura dell’educatore, intesa come guida attenta alla crescita globale del soggetto. Nel terzo capitolo si affronta la dimensione della relazione educativa oggi, nella prospettiva dell’esperienza personale di tirocinio. Questo percorso formativo mi ha offerto l’opportunità di osservare come la figura dell’educatore operi in contesti differenti, integrando competenze pratiche e aspetti teorici. Ho avuto quindi modo di poter fare una riflessione sulla relazione educativa oggi come processo complesso, dinamico e umano. La tesi propone quindi uno sguardo approfondito sulla relazione educativa, valorizzando l’affettività come componente imprescindibile di ogni processo educativo e formativo.
