This thesis examines the role of interpersonal communication between colleagues as a key factor in both individual well-being and corporate success. Through a review of scientific literature and the analysis of case studies and data collected via interviews carried out in workplace settings, it highlights how effective and transparent communication fosters collaboration, reduces stress, and strengthens the sense of belonging. The study focuses on three main dimensions: the quality of peer relationships, the influence on organizational climate, and the effects on productivity. The findings show that environments characterized by positive communication exchanges lead to benefits both on a personal level (greater satisfaction, lower burnout) and at the organizational level (improved performance, reduced turnover). The thesis concludes with practical proposals to improve communication dynamics within organizations, emphasizing the strategic value of communication for overall well-being.
