The paper explores the concept of autonomy as a fundamental goal of the educational process, analyzing the ICF model and other approaches aimed at enhancing individual capabilities. The discussion is enriched by the internship experience carried out at the day center and apartment groups of the social cooperative “Giovani e Amici” in Terrassa Padovana (PD), where theory and practice intertwine to demostrate how educational action can foster concrete pathways toward autonomy and inclusion.
L’elaborato esplora il concetto di autonomia come obiettivo fondamentale del processo educativo, analizzando il modello ICF e altri approcci volti a valorizzare le capacità individuali. L’elaborato si arricchisce dell’esperienza di tirocinio svolto presso il centro diurno e i gruppi appartamento della cooperativa sociale “Giovani e Amici” di Terrassa Padovana (PD), dove teoria e pratica si intrecciano per mostrare come l’agire educativo possa favorire percorsi concreti di autonomia e inclusione.
