L’autorizzazione all’applicazione delle indicazioni sulla salute associate ad alcuni latti fermentati: analisi dei pareri del Panel NDA dell’EFSA

This work will be organized into two main sections: the rst one consists of an analysis of the Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 which deals with nutritional and healthy advices concerning food, according to the laws, procedures and authorization for the application of nutrition claims in conformity with the Article 8 and for the application of health claims in conformity with the Articles 13(1), 13 (5) and 14. In the second section of the work, I will analyze three Scientic Opinions of the EFSA Panel about some Dietetic Products, Nutrition and Food Allergies (NDA) relatively to the health claims associated with three dierent fermented milks: Danacol R , Evolus R e Actimel R .
