Il paziente Borderline e la Disregolazione Comportamentale: Trattamento tramite la Terapia Dialettico Comportamentale (DBT)

This research focuses on the issue of behavioral dysregulation (e.g., impulsivity, self-harm, parasuicide, suicide attempts, and so on) in people with Borderline personality disorder, as well as the most effective treatment method. The work will be divided into four major chapters, the first two of which will be more concerned with the theoretical explanation of the disorder and the last two will involve the treatment. The purpose of this study is to highlight the fundamental problems encountered by borderline patients in the treatment of the behavioral dysregulation, as well as to report the efficacy data of the treatment considered to be the most integrated, appropriate, and effective of the cognitive behavioral treatments: Marsha Linehan's Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Questo studio si concentra sul problema della disregolazione comportamentale (e.g. impulsività, autolesionismo, parasuicidio, tentativi di suicidio, etc.) in individui con disturbo Borderline di personalità, e sul metodo di trattamento più efficace. Il lavoro sarà diviso in quattro capitoli fondamentali, i primi due più concentrati sulla spiegazione teorica del disturbo e gli ultimi due sul trattamento. L’obbiettivo della ricerca è mettere in luce le fondamentali problematiche affrontate dal paziente borderline nel trattamento della disregolazione comportamentale e riportare i dati di efficacia del trattamento considerato dei più integrati, idonei ed efficaci tra i trattamenti cognitivo comportamentali: la Terapia Dialettico Comportamentale di Marsha Linehan.
