The purpose of this essay is to critically analyze the three aspects that make up "DE&I practices" and to explore how these practices, and the approach on which they are based of "Diversity Management," are moving within companies: through what actions, what kind of strategies, and with what internal management methods. To arrive, then, at an outline of what are considered "Best Practices," examining some of the best initiatives and strategies, marked by DE&I practices, of some large companies present in the Italian corporate landscape.
