The paper offers a general description of the specific learning disorder and the construct of social anxiety, which is also analysed in light of its presence in children with ASD. This paper first proposes a comparison between anxiety perceived by the child and that reported by his or her parent, which is carried out on the basis of data obtained from the administration of a questionnaire, filled out by 15 children in the 10-17 year age bracket and their parents. In addition to the measurement of trait anxiety, state anxiety was assessed by asking the participants to perform a speech in public and to subsequently report emotional aspects, thoughts and worries related to the rehearsal. The data collected were then compared with those from a control group.
L’elaborato offre una descrizione generale del disturbo specifico dell’apprendimento e del costrutto di ansia sociale, analizzato anche alla luce della sua presenza in bambini con DSA. Questo lavoro propone dapprima un confronto tra ansia percepita dal ragazzo e quella riferita dal proprio genitore, operato attraverso i dati ricavati dalla somministrazione di un questionario, compilato da 15 ragazzini in fascia 10-17 anni e dai rispettivi genitori. Oltre alla misurazione dell’ansia di tratto è stata valutata l’ansia di stato, chiedendo ai partecipanti di cimentarsi in un discorso in pubblico e di riferire successivamente aspetti emotivi, pensieri e preoccupazioni inerenti alla prova. I dati rilevati sono stati poi comparati con quelli emersi da un gruppo di controllo.
