Food waste is a global issue, which is involving more and more countries to find solutions to prevent or reduce it. The collaboration of all the forces involved in the agri-food sector is essential, at all stages of the supply chain, because the losses are still too large and the risks to which they lead are very serious. They are: • Environmental; • Economic; • Social. Finding effective solutions for a reuse economy of surpluses and waste, a circular economy, is a duty and necessary for all of us and for the planet. This script analyses this problem, declining it in the Italian context, to verify our compatriot’s behaviour in terms of waste and identify possible strategies to concretely oppose this problem. The splitting of waste by sector will make it possible to understand which the most important points are to deal with and verify which solutions have been identified by the Italian State and the EU.

Abstract
The splitting of waste by sector will make it possible to understand which the most important points are to deal with and verify which solutions have been identified by the Italian State and the EU.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
