This work aims to analyze the structure of the contemporary family and how education within the family nucleus is configured compared to the past. The family functions are placed in relation to all the educational agencies involved in the growth process of the individual, in order to point out the importance of promoting an educational alliance which involves the entire community. It is a laborious challenge, so much so that this complexity is understood through the in-depth study linked to my personal training experience.
Il presente lavoro si propone di analizzare la struttura della famiglia contemporanea e come si configura, rispetto al passato, l'educazione all'interno del nucleo familiare. Le funzioni familiari vengono poste in relazione a tutte le agenzie educative coinvolte nel processo di crescita dell'individuo, al fine di puntualizzare l'importanza di promuovere un'alleanza educativa che chiama in causa l'intera comunità. Si tratta di una sfida laboriosa, tanto che tale complessità viene compresa attraverso l'approfondimento legato alla mia personale esperienza di tirocinio formativo.
