The main topic of my thesis is the phoenix, from the pagan world to the contemporary world. I have tried to tell the story of this bird in depth from the first pagan myths (Herodotus, Ovid, Pliny..) to the Christian world (Claudian, Pseudo Lactantius..) up to the present day.
L'argomento principale della mia tesi è la fenice, dal mondo pagano al mondo contemporaneo. Ho cercato di raccontare la storia di questo uccello in profondità dai primi miti pagani (Erodoto, Ovidio, Plinio..) al mondo cristiano (Claudiano, Pseudo Lattanzio..) sino ad arrivare ai giorni nostri.
