The paper deals with the theme of multidisciplinary team, by analyzing its dynamics, the positive and negative aspects that this working methodology generates, and dwells on the analysis of the positive contribution that the presence of the educator can guarantee, in the carrying out of taking charge of a subject in vulnerable situations. The aim of the study is to have a clear vision of the functional modalities of multidisciplinary teamwork in which different professional figures cooperate to achieve a common goal. Reference is made to the role that the educator plays within the team and the positive or negative aspects that may define his presence. The paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter presents the definition and characteristics of teamwork, referring to the skills and competences needed to work in a team and to the resources and limits of interprofessional work. The second chapter is devoted to the role of the educator within the team, the difference between therapeutic and educational relationships and the importance of a global understanding of the person with whom one enters a relationship, to guarantee a targeted and effective response to need. The third and last chapter concerns the work carried out by the multidisciplinary team with reference to a specific case. The work was carried out by examining specific texts dealing with the chosen topic and by consulting several websites that made it possible to analyse the various elements concerning inter-professional collaboration. The paper seeks to demonstrate that multidisciplinary teamwork has positive advantages in the analysis and formulation of responses to complex and multifaceted needs and that the presence of the educator within the team guarantees positive aspects. The comparison and cooperation of different professional roles allow for targeted feedback according to specific problem situations.
L’elaborato affronta la tematica dell’équipe multidisciplinare, analizzandone le dinamiche di svolgimento, gli aspetti positivi e negativi che questa metodologia di lavoro genera e si sofferma in particolare nell’analisi dell’apporto positivo che può garantire la presenza dell’educatore, nello svolgimento di presa in carica di un soggetto in situazioni di vulnerabilità. Lo scopo dello studio è avere una chiara visione delle modalità funzionali del lavoro di gruppo multidisciplinare in cui diverse professionalità cooperano per raggiungere un obbiettivo comune. In particolare, si fa riferimento al ruolo che l’educatore ricopre all’interno dell’équipe e degli aspetti positivi o negativi che può definire la sua presenza. L’elaborato è suddiviso in tre capitoli. Il primo capitolo presenta la definizione e le caratteristiche del lavoro d’équipe, facendo riferimento alle capacità e competenze necessarie per poter lavorare in gruppo e a risorse e limiti del lavoro interprofessionale. Il secondo capitolo è dedicato al ruolo dell’educatore all’interno dell’équipe, alla differenza tra relazione terapeutica e relazione educativa e all’importanza della comprensione globale della persona con la quale si entra in relazione, per garantire una risposta mirata ed efficace del bisogno. Il terzo ed ultimo capitolo riguarda il lavoro svolto dall’équipe multidisciplinare in riferimento ad un caso specifico. Il lavoro è stato realizzato mediante l’esame di specifici testi che trattano la tematiche scelta e attraverso la consultazione di alcuni siti web che hanno consentito di analizzare in particolare i vari elementi che riguardano la collaborazione interprofessionale. L’elaborato cerca di dimostrare che il lavoro d’équipe multidisciplinare ha vantaggi positivi nell’analisi e nella formulazione di risposte alle esigenze complesse e multiforme e che la presenza dell’educatore all’interno del gruppo di lavoro garantisce aspetti positivi. Il confronto e la cooperazione di ruoli professionali diversi consentono di dare riscontri mirati in base alle specifiche situazioni problematiche.
