This paper will analyze time-based prospective memory tasks and the influence that emotions have on them. The objective is to explore the relationship between emotions and time-based prospective memory tasks. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to prospective memory, followed by a comparison between time-based and event-based tasks, and finally, prospective memory in young adults and during aging. Chapter 2 includes an introduction to time perception and investigates the effect of emotion on time perception. Chapter 3 presents the study aimed at experimentally examining the relationship between emotions and time-based prospective memory. After describing the participants, the materials used, and the tasks performed, the results will be analyzed with a detailed statistical analysis and interpretation.

Questo elaborato analizzerà i compiti di memoria prospettica basati sul tempo e l’influenza che le emozioni hanno su questi ultimi. L’obiettivo è quello di indagare il legame tra emozioni e compiti di memoria prospettica basati sul tempo. Nel Capitolo 1 vi è un’introduzione alla memoria prospettica, seguita da un confronto tra compiti di time-based e compiti event-based e, infine, la memoria prospettica in giovani adulti e nell’invecchiamento. Nel Capitolo 2 vi è un’introduzione alla percezione del tempo e viene indagata l’effetto dell’emozione sulla percezione del tempo. Nel Capitolo 3 è riportato lo studio volto ad esaminare a livello sperimentale il legame tra emozioni e Memoria Prospettica basata sul tempo. Dopo la descrizione dei partecipanti, il materiale usato e i compiti svolti verranno analizzati i risultati con una dettagliata analisi statistica e la loro interpretazione.
