In this thesis, the topic of team-building as a tool for doing training will be analyzed: specifically, the training of team-building activities proposed during the project “Maestri del Mare”, organized during the course of the curricular internship supported at the company of Punto Confindustria, will be analyzed. It will go on to examine team-building through theories, application methodologies, purposes, the problems and behaviors dysfunctional to its application, and then move on to a description of the institution and the project. Finally, team-building activities carried out to foster the development of a new team will be analyzed.
In questa tesi si andrà ad analizzare il tema del team-building come strumento per fare formazione: nello specifico, verrà analizzata la formazione di attività di team-building proposta durante il progetto “Maestri del Mare”, organizzato durante lo svolgimento del tirocinio curricolare sostenuto presso l’azienda di Punto Confindustria. Si andrà ad esaminare il team-building attraverso teorie, metodologie di applicazione, finalità, le problematiche ed i comportamenti disfunzionali alla sua applicazione, per passare poi ad una descrizione dell’ente e del progetto. Infine si analizzeranno le attività di team-building svolte per favorire lo sviluppo di un nuovo gruppo di lavoro.
