This thesis explores the range of non-agricultural activities available to modern agricultural entrepreneurs in developing a multifunctional business model. In addition to traditional practices such as land cultivation and crop production, entrepreneurs can expand into related areas including product processing and direct marketing. Crucially, they can also diversify into experiential services such as agritourism, farm stays, wine tourism, rural tourism, and food and wine experiences. These activities are examined through both historical and cultural lenses, with a particular emphasis on sustainability and territorial enhancement. The legislative framework that enables such diversification is reviewed in detail, alongside regulations related to taxation, health, and safety. A dedicated chapter focuses on communication and marketing strategies, which are essential for business positioning and attracting visitors. These efforts are often supported not only internally by the company but also externally through local institutions and collaborative networks. The thesis concludes with a case study: a personal project designed for implementation within the family farm, serving as a practical application of the concepts discussed.
