This thesis explores the relationship between difficulties in emotion regulation, online envy, and hate speech in digital contexts, with a specific focus on adolescent experiences. Through a theoretical analysis of these three constructs, the study outlines the emotional and cognitive mechanisms that may lead to the escalation of aggressive behavior online. The second part presents an experimental investigation conducted on a sample of high school students, using standardized questionnaires. The collected data will be analyzed to assess the presence of significant associations between the variables, aiming to contribute to a better understanding of emotional functioning in online environments and to provide insights for preventive educational interventions.

Abstract
This thesis explores the relationship between difficulties in emotion regulation, online envy, and hate speech in digital contexts, with a specific focus on adolescent experiences. Through a theoretical analysis of these three constructs, the study outlines the emotional and cognitive mechanisms that may lead to the escalation of aggressive behavior online. The second part presents an experimental investigation conducted on a sample of high school students, using standardized questionnaires. The collected data will be analyzed to assess the presence of significant associations between the variables, aiming to contribute to a better understanding of emotional functioning in online environments and to provide insights for preventive educational interventions.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
