This thesis analyzes the role of packaging features in consumers’ milk purchasing decisions, with particular attention to aspects related to sustainability. Through a market survey conducted by means of a questionnaire, the study aims to explore consumers' level of awareness regarding sustainable packaging, their preferences and behaviors during the purchasing process, and the influence exerted by various packaging elements such as material, type of closure, and the information displayed. Preliminary results indicate that, although sustainability is recognized as important, it does not always represent a primary criterion in purchasing decisions. Thus, the research offers a point of reflection on the gap between environmental awareness and actual consumer behavior.

Abstract
This thesis analyzes the role of packaging features in consumers’ milk purchasing decisions, with particular attention to aspects related to sustainability. Through a market survey conducted by means of a questionnaire, the study aims to explore consumers' level of awareness regarding sustainable packaging, their preferences and behaviors during the purchasing process, and the influence exerted by various packaging elements such as material, type of closure, and the information displayed. Preliminary results indicate that, although sustainability is recognized as important, it does not always represent a primary criterion in purchasing decisions. Thus, the research offers a point of reflection on the gap between environmental awareness and actual consumer behavior.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
