This study examines the effectiveness of psychoeducational interventions aimed at fostering personal and social autonomy in adults with mild cognitive disabilities. Through a systematic review of the scientific literature and an analysis of educational practices implemented in sociorehabilitative and semi-residential settings, the research highlights how psychoeducational approaches, characterized by individualized strategies, positive reinforcement, and structured environments, contribute significantly to the development of daily living skills. The study further underscores the critical role of multidisciplinary collaboration, active family involvement, and the adoption of accessible and innovative educational tools in promoting a sustainable and inclusive developmental trajectory. A growing body of scientific evidence indicates that, even in the presence of cognitive impairments, autonomy can be substantially enhanced through targeted, consistent, and long-term interventions.

Abstract
A growing body of scientific evidence indicates that, even in the presence of cognitive impairments, autonomy can be substantially enhanced through targeted, consistent, and long-term interventions.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
