This paper is dedicated to the analysis of the philosophical thought of Friedrich Nietzsche, with particular attention to some important educational concepts he treated such as: the valorization of the individual, the role of the educator, and education understood as a process of liberation and self-realization. In the paper this philosophical vision will then be put into dialogue with the thought and principles of active pedagogy, a pedagogical movement that places at the center of its interest the active participation and valorization of the student, the experience, freedom and autonomy in the educational process. Through this dialogue and comparison between Nietzschean philosophy and active pedagogy, we intend to identify affinities and divergences with the aim of enriching, with Nietzsche's philosophy, the pedagogical thought of the active school.

Abstract
This paper is dedicated to the analysis of the philosophical thought of Friedrich Nietzsche, with particular attention to some important educational concepts he treated such as: the valorization of the individual, the role of the educator, and education understood as a process of liberation and self-realization. In the paper this philosophical vision will then be put into dialogue with the thought and principles of active pedagogy, a pedagogical movement that places at the center of its interest the active participation and valorization of the student, the experience, freedom and autonomy in the educational process. Through this dialogue and comparison between Nietzschean philosophy and active pedagogy, we intend to identify affinities and divergences with the aim of enriching, with Nietzsche's philosophy, the pedagogical thought of the active school.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
