The dissertation focuses on the challenges to work participation, particularly of cultural and ethnic minorities, during periods of global crisis such as the Covid-19 pandemic. The work starts with an introduction and research on the themes of inclusion and diversity and, after that, it will focus on the creation and spread of an inclusive language. Later will be taken into consideration the concept of Diversity Management and will be analysed two different models of application which are gonna be compared. It will be talk about the relationship between Diversity Management and inclusion of cultural and ethnic minorities during periods of global crisis and, in the end, are gonna be analysed a few specific cases of inequalities in the workplace.
La dissertazione si focalizza sulle sfide alla partecipazione lavorativa, in particolare di minoranze etniche e culturali, durante i periodi di crisi globale tra cui la pandemia di Covid-19. I l lavoro inizia con un'introduzione e approfondimento sui temi di inclusione e diversità e si focalizza anche sulla creazione e diffusione di una terminologia inclusiva. In seguito verrà preso in considerazione il concetto di Diversity Management del quale verranno analizzati due modelli di spiegazione e applicazione che saranno poi messi a confronto. Si tratterà della relazione tra diversity management e inclusione delle minoranze etniche durante i periodi di crisi globale ed, infine, verranno analizzati alcuni casi specifici di disuguaglianze perpetrate nei contesti lavorativi durante la pandemia di Covid-19.
