Waste water, derived from washing plants producing semi-finished food products, requires compliance with certain regional limits in order to be discharged into the soil. The significant increase in work in recent years has led to more frequent washing and, consequently, increased COD and BOD values. The company wanted to improve its situation through the introduction of a new biological purification plant. This work proposes a comparison between the company's old and current performances.
Le acque reflue, derivate dai lavaggi degli impianti di produzione di semilavorati alimentari, richiedono l'osservanza di alcuni limiti regionali per poter essere riversate nel suolo. L'aumento notevole di lavoro degli ultimi anni ha portato a lavaggi più frequenti e, di conseguenza, valori di COD e BOD incrementati. L'azienda ha voluto migliorare la propria situazione mediante l'introduzione di un nuovo impianto di depurazione biologico. Il presente elaborato propone un confronto tra le vecchie performance aziendali e quelle attuali.
