An analysis of the Italian market for organic and biodynamic wine, a segment that is still little known today, will be conducted in the thesis; the differences between the three production methods (conventional, organic and biodynamic) and the various challenges facing those working in the sector on a daily basis will also be presented. As an additional insight, the results of a consumer survey will be presented. Finally, a company considered by me as a case study, the Menti winery, will be presented. Its market positioning will be assessed and the main issues on organic and biodynamic wine will be discussed directly with the producer itself.
Nella tesi verrà condotta un’analisi del mercato italiano di vino biologico e biodinamico, segmento oggi ancora poco conosciuto; verranno presentate anche le differenze tra i tre metodi di produzione (convenzionale, biologico e biodinamico) e le varie sfide che si presentano quotidianamente a chi lavora nel settore. Come ulteriore approfondimento verranno illustrati i risultati di un sondaggio condotto sui consumatori. Infine, verrà presentata un’azienda considerata da me come caso di studio, l’azienda Menti. Si valuterà il suo posizionamento sul mercato e si approfondiranno le principali problematiche sul vino biologico e biodinamico direttamente con il produttore stesso.
